On Sunday morning, PJ came round to pick up Roger so they could go off on a long cycle trip back to Southend (after a few running repairs to Paul's bike, which Roger was using). Some of the rest of us then went for a walk up into Epping Forest, where the boys had great fun running around with sticks and climbing trees!
