Glow Sticks

We took some 'experimental' photos in the garden with Markus waving his glow sticks around on a 5 second shutter speed.

While Ingvild and Jose went off for a round of Golf at Maylands, the rest of us took the bus down to Valentine's Park where we all fed the squirrels (including one that bit my finger!) and looked at the birds (including the wildly coloured Mandarin Ducks). We had a coffee and something to eat at the Gardeners Cottage Cafe before heading home.

Xmas Presents

We're having a belated Xmas celebration with Siv's family from Oslo. Here we are modelling our very Kung Fu dressing gowns we got, plus a video of Hedda very excited about all the presents!

Dad's Port

We decanted the bottle of port that Dad gave us a few weeks ago. The cork just crumbled away, and we had to decant the rest before too much residue came out, and we passed it through a filter. The end results are extremely smooth and drinkable!

Luke's Stag Night

I went with Dave and Len to meet Luke at The Lamb in Leadenhall Market, as it was his Stag night ahead of his wedding next week. A bit of a rowdy night with quite a number of people turning up that Luke knows.

Snowy weekend in Ely

We're just back from a relaxing weekend with Caroline and the girls in Ely. Due to the heavy snow on Saturday night, we were able to go out in the garden on Sunday morning and make a snowman family. Of course Daisy enjoyed being out with us and playing out in the snow!
