Hornchurch v Kingstonian and Isthmian League Trophy Presentation

I went to the last Hornchurch game of the season, at home to Kingstonian, which they won. After the match we went on the pitch for the trophy ceremony for winning the league. A few photos from the day out are below, the rest are here:
