We’re just back from a busy weekend in Copenhagen for my 60th.
We stayed with Jan and Pia in Vanløse, and after a relaxing dinner Saturday
night, on Sunday we headed into town visiting Christiania and Nyhavn.
On Monday, while Jan worked we took the metro to
Frederiksberg for a wander round, though the weather cut that short and we had
to stop to have a coffee and croissant in Meyers Bakery before heading home.
That evening, Jan’s children and grandchildren came round for a dinner.
On Tuesday, Jan and Pia made me a Birthday breakfast, and we
sat around chatting until we headed to Parken to see Bruce Springsteen in concert.
We got home quite late and spent Wednesday chatting before heading to the
airport and coming home. A few photos are below, the rest are here:
