We got a bus to Redbridge then walked along the River Roding all the way up to Buckhurst Hill before gtting a bus to Loughton, then another back again to Barkingside where we walked the rest of the way home. We stopped off for a coffee in Ray Park Cafe in Ray Park which was a pleasant break.
