Helen, Mark and Alex were staying with Fi and Grae, plus Littlebeard was up visiting, so we took a trip down to Old Leigh for a few drinks outside the Crooked Billet, before heading back to Fi and Grae's for something to eat as well as enjoying more Olympic action on 'Super Saturday'
