New Year walks over Valentine's and Claybury Parks

Over the New Year period we've had some sunny crisp days, so perfect for wrapping up and going for walks over Valentine's and Claybury Parks. Stopping when we can for a takeaway coffee and snack. On the way home passing through the Barnardo's village we picked up some of these huge pine cones that had fallen to the floor.

 

Sunday Walk

I went for another walk over Valentine's Park today, before cutting through St. Peter's churchyard on the way home.

 

Saturday Walks

Today I went for a walk through Valentine's Park and back via Seven Kings, while Siv went for a nice long walk with Eva over Farstadsanden,

 

Walk around London

For a change of scenery, I drove up to London to meet Dave and have a walk round taking some photos. We went from Tower Bridge past St. Pauls, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Buckinham Palace, then back again via St. James Park and the Southbank on a wonderfully sunny day! Siv's Sunday walk with May-Britt

Siv went for a walk with May-Britt today. It was very frosty out with people skating on a frozen lake!

 

Weekend walks over Valentine's Park

It was  a a bit of an unsettled weekend weather wise, but there were enough sunny spells on Saturday and Sunday to make a walk over Valentine's Park worthwhile which was nice to get out and about.
