New Year's Eve Lunch ar Rules

In what has become something of a tradition, we met up with Fi, Grae, Lev and Sarah at Rules in Covent Garden for a New Year's Eve lunch. A great time had be everyone! After it was over, we had a bit of quiet reflection in Corpus Christi Church, before deciding to take in some of the Xmas sights of London around Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Seven Dials stopping off for drinks on the way at Bar Italia and The White Horse in Rupert Street. Pettits Lane Winter Wonderland

Back home in the UK, we took a trip over to see Mum, and on the way home stopped off to see the impressive Winter Wonderland in Pettits Lane.

 

Xmas in Elnesvågen

We Spent Xmas in Norway as usual, though this time we didn't have any snow! Despite having colds we were able to enjoy it catching up with some friends over the holiday period. A few photos are below, the rest are here:

Dinner with Siv's Work Friends

We had dinner at The Archduke in Waterloo with some of Siv's old PGS friends, a very nice evening out.

 

Taking Mum out for Lunch

We took Mum out this Friday and Saturday, on Friday we went to Little Olive, and on Saturday we went to The Sip House.

 

Lunch at Posh Little Box

We took a walk up to The Forest Road Farm Shop to have lunch at The Little Posh Box, very festive!

 

Friends Dinner at Sorrento in Upminster

A group of us had a pre-Xmas get together at Sorrento in Upminster. A good chance to catch up with everybody.

 

Wildlife in The Garden

Quite a bit of activity in the garden today with a squirrel and a pair of woopeckers all being very interested in the nut feeder.
