2024 05 28 Week in Elnesvågen

We're just back from a week in Norway. We started with a nioght stopover in Oslo visiting Ingvild and Jose before moving on to Elnesvågen. As the weather was so good, we took some holiday and got a lot of outdoor jobs done like painting, fixing the outdoor handrail to Siv's flat amongst them. We managed to go for a couple of walks as well as a Saturday night out to Eide to Piapere with Marina and Magne. We also managed to have a couple of barbecues as well. Art of Noise and Tom Bailey at The O2 Indigo

We went to the O2 Indigo to see a DJ set by The Art of Noise followed by Tom Bailey from the Thompson Twins. A fun night out with some great tunes from the 80s. A few photos are below, the rest are here:

Norwegian National Day celebrations at DNB

We had waffles and brown cheese in the office today to celebrate Norwegian National Day!

 

Afternoon in Old Leigh with Mill, Katy and Eddie

A group of us got together in Old Leigh to meet up with Mill, Katy and Eddie before they head back to Canada. A pleasant afternoon outside The Crooked Billet with some very good weather (despite a forecast of rain). A few photos are below, the rest are here:
