Burying June's ashes

We had a small ceremony on Friday to bury June's ashes, in a final goodbye. We had it at St. Paul's in Covent Garden (known as the actor's church), in a very peaceful corner of their gardens.

As it was a sunny Bank Holiday for once...we took a walk over to Fairlop Waters, the countryside looking very nice in the sun, and we saw our new friends the Goldfinches again before we left.

Trip to Karin, James, Nori and Eirik

We took a trip up to see Karin, James and the kids...as well as rosie and her two new arrivals The puppies! Very cute and a bundle of energy!. We took a walk into the countryside at Antons Gowt on sunday to enjoy the sunshine.

Siv's day out in Covent Garden

Siv met up with Sally, Fi, Anne and Helen in Covent Garden today for a girlie lunch.

Goldfinches outside our House

We saw a couple of Goldfinches sitting on the telephone outside our house this morning. Very striking colours.

Gratulerer med dagen!

Siv couldn't make any of the official 17th May celebrations in London, so she just made this small tribute here at home.

Garden in bloom

After what seemed like a never ending winter, its nice to finally see things blooming in the garden and some blue skies and sunshine.

Jean and Dave's Wedding - The evening party

We all headed back to The Old Spot, for the evening party. It was a bit crowded, but everyone seemed to have a good time!

Jean and Dave's Wedding in Dursley

We were in Dursley for Jean and Dave's Wedding. It was a very nice day, and a lot of fun. All of the photos are on a skydrive folder, but there's a selection below. We had a couple of drinks in The Old Spot, before going to the St James the Great church for the service, after which we had afternoon tea in the church itself.
