Wells-Next-The-Sea holiday : Seal Trip

We went on a boat trip to Blakeney Point to see the seals. Luckily the weather improved from a cloudy morning to a wonderful sunset. Unfortunately the seals had moved from their normal spot to a slightly more inaccessible area further along the coast meaning we couldn't get as close as we'd like for photos. It was a great evening out though.

Wells-Next-The-Sea holiday : Meeting up with Carole, Frankie and Scarley

Caroline, Frankie and Scarley drove up to see us on Sunday for lunch at The Globe. It was a very nice lunch, and the staff very accommodating to move us when we were trapped among 3 tables of screaming kids!

Wells-Next-The-Sea holiday

A group of us went to Wells-Next-the -Sea to stay at The Hollies over Easter, with Siv and I staying in Holly Lodge. A lot of fun with the weather being very pleasant allowing us to make the most of The Buttlands, the square in which the houses sit and the 3 pubs within a minute's walk! DNB Family Day

DNB had a family day at our new offices today, with lots of fun and games for the children, and some very nice 'nibble' food. After a couple of hours we headed off for a walk across Tower Bridge and along the Southbank....and home again across the Millennium Bridge.

Breakfast on Southend seafront

Following a good night's sleep after Fi's party last night, we went down to Southend seafront for a late breakfast and a walk along the seafront in the Spring sunshine.
