Conwy town

We'd been staying at The Townhouse Bed and Breakfat, which was perfectly located for all the events in town. The beer tent with music, Food stalls, and the owl and hawk display! All in all a great weekend.

Conwy Castle

We took a trip up to the impressive Conwy Castle, part of the walls that still surround Conwy. Towards the end of the tour Harvey and Eric were treated to some one on one arms training!

Conwy weekend - Out and about

Out and about in Conwy, for the annual food festival. We arrived Friday night and had a great Indian buffet at Chrissie's followed by some drinks and pool in The Malt Shovel and The Albion.

Birthday celebrations for Maureen and Grace

We went to The Olde Dog to celebrate Maureen and Grace's Birthdays. I managed to quickly take this photo of them blowing out the candles on their cake.

Trip to Valencia

On the Monday, when Siw, Olav and family headed back to Norway, Siv and I took the 3 hour trip down the coast to Valencia (home of El Cid) The beaches were very nice, next to our hotel, the Las Arenas. We got to see a bit of the city including the impressive bullring, until I unfortunately came down with Gastro Enteritis, which laid me our for a few days, making the journey home very unpleasant (indeed I had four days off work the week after!).
