Meeting up with Hedda and Trym

While waiting for our flight to London, we met up with Ingvild and Cathrine. Cathrine had brought Hedda and Trym along as well.

Clearing snow

We had a bout a foot of snow overnight, so this morning we were out clearing the paths, with some help from Anders next door using Siv's Mum's snow blower.

Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year

Its that time of year again....so just to say Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to all our friends!

Marie's Xmas party

We went to Marie's for the traditional pre-Xmas party. As usual a good time with lots of chatting and singing...and a bit of dancing too!!

The Damned at The Roundhouse

Getting into the Roundhouse, we caugth the end of the support act, The Dickies, before The Damned came on. After a while, myself and Ironbeard went down into the Mosh pit, which was fun, if hard work at times!

Camden Town, before The Damned gig

Before The Damned gig at, we met up in Camden Town, and visited a few pubs en route to The Roundhouse. We started in The Camden Eye, then The Elephant's Head, The Hawley Arms (Amy Winehouse's old local, rebuilt after its fire) and Finally Joe's Bar opposite the gig.

Lev's 50th at The Savoy Tup

After The Paramount, we all moved on to The Savoy Tup. Lev had laid on another spread of food, and some golden oldie songs for everyone to have a dance to. Even more people came along in the evening, so it was difficult to get around to chatting to everyone there!

Lev's 50th Birthday at the Paramount

A large group of us went to The Paramount restaurant at the top of Centrepoint for a lunch to celebrate Lev's 50th Birthday. The food and drink was very good, with fantastic views over London. It was good to catch up with a lot of old friends including some who had travelled from Finland.
